Cancellation Fees:

If the Recipient decides not to proceed with the contractual relationship after approving the quotation, FDA RAQA SOLUTIONS is entitled to payment for services performed on a pro-rata basis.

Communications:

Any notices or communications regarding this quotation must be delivered by hand, email, or courier.

Regulatory Compliance:

All services are based on information from regulations, standards, and official documents at the time of service. FDA RAQA SOLUTIONS is not liable for any losses due to changes in such regulations or documents after the invoice date.
